“It’s a blessing to live in such a beautiful place where the seasons flow around us and flavours bud and blossom. The land grounds us and anchors us to the soil. This seasonal flow of nature is what influences and sparks inspiration Thyme for Tiffin. All my cakes are vegan, this is simply because I believe they are better that way. I have spent years perfecting my recipes and the results speak for themselves. I have surprised and converted countless non vegans. I love to combine flavours especially herbs and flowers in a sort of culinary alchemy. By using my playful blends of flavours I create tastes that are unique. To me the possibilities are endless, the flavour options and combinations of your cake are endless. When you design a cake with me you will have many exciting options to choose from. Decorating the cakes comes straight from the soul. I want to create a cake that is personal to you and that echoes how you feel and what makes you smile. I use the customers preferences to spark inspiration and my intuitive flow comes alive in the form of a soulful cake design. I believe this is how true art is made.
